We offer truly customizable lawn care. Whether you are looking for a complete yard care package for a totally hands-off approach or a one-time service, we can meet your needs. Lawn care options include: mowing, edging, aerating, dethatching, fertilizing and overseeding.

Grounded Irrigation is pleased to offer a number of spring services as well as lawncare throughout the year. Please contact us if there are lawncare services that you require that are not listed and we will do our best to accommodate.

Dethatching

Thatch is the layer of dead matted grass and organic matter that forms between the blades of grass and the soil. A thin layer of thatch can be beneficial, preventing evaporation. Too much thatch (more than 1.5 cm) can be harmful and rob the roots of oxygen and water. It is recommended to remove thatch from your lawn at least once a year. Grounded Irrigation and Lawncare offers dethatching services up to 5,0002 ft.

Overseeding

Overseeding is recommended directly after aerating and/or dethatching for maximum benefits. We can help you choose a grass seed that will align with your lifestyle. Once the seeds are spread, we can go over the lawn a second time with a layer of compost/seed starter/lawnsoil for an additional cost. This is recommended for optimal seed germination and lawn health. 

Lawncare

Grounded Irrigation and Lawncare offers lawncare packages for every budget. Together we will find a schedule and services package that will leave your lawn the pride of the neighbourhood.

Tree pruning (max 10’ high)
Leaf and debris pick up and off-site removal

Lawn Mowing

$7.50 - $11

Larger lawns cost less per sq ft.

Maximum of 10,0002 ft.

Lawns that are overgorwn are charged triple for first mow because of bagging & multiple passes.

Overseeding

$10 per 5002 ft

We will help you choose a grass seed that will align with your lifestyle.

Fertilizing

$10 per 5002 ft

Fertilizer used depends on the season it is being applied as Spring needs high-nitrogen formula for green-up, and Fall needs a root-builder, while summer benefits from potassium for heat resistance.

Moss Treatment

$20 per 5002 ft

Our chemical moss treatment will take care of any unwanted moss that may be choking out your grass.

Dethatching

$62.50 per 5002 ft

Removing thatch from your lawn at least once a year is recommended. We offer de-thatching services up to 10,0002 ft.
